We are committed to excellent customer service. We aim to dispatch orders the day of, or at the latest within one business day of you placing your order. From time to time there may be stock discrepancies in which case the service team will contact you to arrange a solution.
All Shoes that have been purchased either ON SALE or with a DISCOUNT CODE may be sent WITHOUT BOXES. If you need the box please let us know in the checkout notes so we can let you know if additional shipping charges will be applied.
Services Available
We offer a regular tracked service within Australia, and an option to upgrade to an express service. We utilise Australia Post so please check the shipping timeframes for your area for an estimate on your delivery date.
All orders are updated with a tracking code on dispatch, which you will receive via email.
